Shipping / Delivery Information
We offer five different shipping options for our customers in the UK, ranging from Free delivery to next day. We also offer international shipping to Ireland.
For Standard Delivery your order will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or Evri depending on the following conditions, you'll receive confirmation of which service has been used in your dispatch confirmation email.

- Physical dimensions when packed
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00am on the same day - orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 11:00 am on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve).
Delivery times are aims/estimated only and are not guaranteed. Warehouse staff may also at their discretion handle and despatch orders faster if possible.

Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland

Free Delivery

Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 am on the same day, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Free delivery is available from £20 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 3-5 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Express Delivery
We do our very best to process and dispatch orders on the same day when placed before 11.00am Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 am Friday will ship the following working day (e.g. Monday). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a tracking code when your order has been dispatched. Free Express Delivery is available from £60 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 1-2 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Royal Mail
For same-day shipping, you must place your order by 11:00 am, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
