Please note packaging may differ: We are working hard to improve our products and packaging. Dependant on stock within our distribution depots, customers may receive new or old packaging.

Transactions & Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your debit/credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that Heath and Heather is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

User (Customer) Accounts

When you create an account with us, it is your responsibility to provide details that are correct and fully complete. You must also ensure that the details you provide are kept up to date. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

We will not be held responsible for any losses or issues that arise from inaccuracies with the information that you provide.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

Customer Reviews

By entering a customer review through the Review service for any of our products You grant Heath and Heather a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide license to use any of your written reviews in relation to its marketing and/or in its advertising, including without limitation, in the online store, in newsletters, catalogues, email and other customer communications, store materials and other marketing or advertising purposes.

Further You grant Heath and Heather permission to view the reviews before they are published. We will only publish comments that contain relevant information about a product. This includes but is not limited to, Heath and Heather will not publish generally inappropriate comments, comments that make unsubstantiated medical claims for products, indecent or inappropriate language or personally identifiable information.

We reserve the right to remove any customer review at any time.

You hereby release and discharge Heath and Heather from all and any obligation to pay you for any use of your texts and any of the copy property rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above; and You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Heath and Heather and any person acting on Heath and Heather’s behalf harmless from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with use of the customer reviews as described above.
